Hawaii Habitats!
When thinking of Hawaii the first thing that is thought of is all of the water habitats with the beautiful fish and other ocean dwelling organisms live. This is most likely a coral reef. These reefs are key to the survival for many animals and organisms. The photo to the left is, in fact, a Hawaiian coral reef. You notice right away all the different species of fish that live in on area. Even though this is the main habitat that is though of lets not forget about all the others. There are habitats on land that are called Tropical Moist Broadleaf Forests, Tropical Dry Broadleaf Forests, Tropical Grasslands, and Savannas and Shrublands. There are also mangrove habitats. These ocean coast dwelling trees are considered to be pests by the University of Hawaii.
